I received an email from weapons expert Mark Steele explaining that he now confirmed the Directed Energy Weapons in London as part of the smart city grid.

We need people to start crowdsourcing lists of cities in the US where it can be confirmed that these things are being deployed too (as well as suggestions from technically informed folks for the best low-tech methods that an average person can use to disable them). These are surely not just in London...

I agree . we should start identifying and catogorising where and on what type of rodeway/ Intsctns these suspect cameras are located. My town is run amuck with cameras on every stop light and busy intersection. I feel like they are looking right thru you -at stop lights , along the interstate etc. It is ridiculous and I assume or taxes all pay for it .

sounds like something that could be done on OpenStreetmap. They have a security camera tag already, but if this was ever going to become a thing, there would need to be some agreement ahead of any concerted crowd-sourced mapping efforts on how to characterize the cameras w/ respect to their "potential" for containing the "extra" functionality - not all security cameras will....https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:man_made%3Dsurveillance

I live way out in the boonies where there aren't any street lights, let alone any cameras - but occasionally I do have to go in to the city (Raleigh/Durham), and I'd prefer not to be "on camera" when I do :)

they have on assorted street corners by me these crossing poles with gadgets on them that beep almost constantly and I believe they are tracking the people that walk right in front of them. I go around all of them. I think it's more bioweapons.
