They both have a certificate of analysis. BioPharm seems more complete as they list Hg and Pb detection levels (<0.5ppm and <0.1ppm respectively), along with several others. I have a question out to NeuroBlue about their testing and am awaiting a reply. The fish tank stuff is an antifungal and is not a highly purified substance so it may have unacceptable levels of lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium, copper, tin and others.
