Sodium citrate and ALA are used to create lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and it dissolves them too. You can make sodium citrate on your stove with sodium bicarbonate and citric acid.
Coldpressed hempseed oil pills are a great cheap source of ALA that is very well tolerated at up to 10 grams per day.
Also fresh oranges are a great source of both citrate and vitamin C, I just juice several by hand a day and drink it in water since citrate is water soluble.
Also fresh pineapple has a Ton of bromelain and citrate, which also dissolves hydrogels in your blood. It gets much Much more bromelain in your system than pills, especially if you vamp it like I do.
Just skin and chunk the entire pineapple, then chew up the chunks and spit out the pulp. That will get a ton of bromelain in your system through your mouth and tongue, and it also gets into the reproductive system of males and females, unlike most other chelators.
I vamp one to one and a half pineapples per day when I can get them but it maxxes out a 2 pineapples a day before it will make you tongue bleed.
Also there are no problems with taking sodium citrate, ALA, bromelain and EDTA together but I dont think many people taking many supplements are taking Enough. Like bromelain pills vs fresh pineapple, there is no comparison for actual bromelain content.
